Planning- age rating

The age rating for our film as there are not any explicit scenes that will be shown. The reason its at an age rating of 12 is because of the story line, the idea of romance and the breaking of a relationship would be suitable to those over the age of 12. In addition, after looking at a number of other romantic films, this appears to be a suitable age rating for many films. We chose as well, to not have any explicit scenes to widen our target audience.
